Not having ever taken French, I am sure I have misspelled my title but I wanted to point out a couple of things. First of all, this photo was taken last Thursday, and the snow was mostly cleared as we were just a few blocks from the white house in a busy part of the city. It was really a mess and I can see why the government had been shut down. I don’t ever remember being in a city where they had to bring in dump trucks night after night and dump snow in the stadium parking lot. I digress, the bad weather made some people dig deep into their closets in order to relieve cabin fever I guess. We saw a number of outfits that belonged in Glamour’s Don’t section. I happened to capture this one on my way to the metro. What was she thinking?
